Our special grade Long Jing is often called the pinnacle drink of China. This tea originates from Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The liquor embellishes a yellowish green color and gentle nutty aroma. This tea is not easily tamed. The proper temperature and time is necessary to get the best brew. Water too hot and/or brew time too long will result in a bitter taste.
