Organic Honey Fragrant Roasted Oolong Tea is a medium-oxidized Tie-Guan-Yin Oolong tea that is processed in the traditional style, finished and cured with a slow firing in bamboo baskets over a charcoal fire. The result is a tea with smooth, rich and inviting character. This tea can taste sweet and fruity with honey aromas, or woody and thick with roasted aromas. The taste and aroma depend on the horticulture and processing of the plant.
