Discover the vibrant fusion of fruit and earth with our Green Tangerine Pu’er (Xiao Qing Gan). This unique tea is a masterpiece of balance, featuring a hollowed-out, sun-dried green tangerine from Xinhui stuffed with high-quality, aged ripe (shou) Pu’er tea.
The result is a refreshing, aromatic experience that marries the deep, woody soul of Pu’er with the bright, zesty essential oils of a young citrus fruit.
Xiao Qing Gan is crafted using "green" (unripe) tangerines harvested in late summer when their essential oils are at their peak. These small fruits are hollowed out by hand, filled with aged Pu’er, and then dried—allowing the tea to absorb the citrus fragrance over time.
A Natural Tonic: In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the combination of aged Pu’er and citrus peel (Chenpi) is highly regarded for its health benefits. It is a popular "functional" tea, often enjoyed to aid digestion, soothe the throat, and reduce inflammation. Because the Pu'er used is typically aged for several years, it is incredibly gentle on the stomach and perfect for drinking after a heavy meal.

WHERE DOES THIS TEA COME FROM?
This specialty tea was meticulously assembled and finished in a dedicated tea factory in Fuding, China. While Fuding is world-renowned as the "Capital of White Tea," its master producers are also experts in the art of tea processing and scenting.
By utilizing Fuding’s high standards for tea production, these green tangerines are stuffed with aged Pu'er and dried using controlled methods to ensure the citrus oils and tea leaves bond perfectly. The result is a high-quality "Xiao Qing Gan" that represents the modern craftsmanship of one of China’s most prestigious tea-producing regions.
